New Certified Legal Nurse Investigator (CLNI®) Certification
 The word is out. The big secret that was unveiled at RN MARKET's First Annual Indulge Conference is now open to the world. It is the new Certified Legal Nurse InvestigatorCM (CLNI®) certification. So you ask, "What is a CLNI®?" A CLNI® is a Registered Nurse with advanced training to investigate medical malpractice, negligence, fraud and record tampering. Many times hospitals cover-up the errors in a medical record. Either a hospital doctor, nurse, or other employee who was working on a patient may cover-up or hide documents, medication errors, or they may replace medical records to avoid taking responsibility for mistakes.
There is a growing worldwide necessity for Certified Legal Nurse InvestigatorsCM due to the increasing number of suspicious deaths, trauma and other forms of abuse, to include errors made in hospitals and nursing homes. Many times, nurses are the ones who spend more time than physicians evaluating patients for signs of abuse through either intentional acts or unintentional error (medical malpractice). There is published statistical evidence which shows over 98,000 patients die prematurely each year in the United States from errors and medical negligence. Many more cases are never reported, but are covered up to prevent lawsuits and negative opinions about health care facilities.

How to Become a Certified Legal Nurse InvestigatorCM
If you are a Registered Nurse and want to become a Certified Legal Nurse Investigator and be granted the credential of CLNI®, you can attend an internship program for Legal Nurse Investigators like that offered by LNI Institute, Inc. which is approved by the International & American Association of Legal Nurse InvestigatorsCMM (IAALNICMM). Look below for more info about the IAALNICMM. Certification will include a test case for you to complete and you must pass the comprehensive certification examination.

New Association for Legal Nurses
 Along with the introduction of the new Certified Legal Nurse InvestigatorCM (CLNI®) certification came the founding of a governing association for the certification. The new association introduced with the CLNI® certification is the International and American Association of Legal Nurse Investigators (IAALNICMM). The IAALNICMM is an online community of Legal Nurse Investigators and the association that oversees the certification process for the CLNI® certification.
Members of the IAALNI receive many benefits:

First Annual Indulge Conference Turn Out
