No matter where I have been or who I have met, every town, every employer, every customer and every success story, all agree with the conclusion that there is no substitute for experience. Having experience in anything we are trying to do takes away stress and the fear of the unknown. Many employers would rather have employees with that experience than the experience of books. And with today’s busy life, who has time to sit down and read anyway? What is funny is that when it comes to success in business, and in life for that matter, the same principles continue to be lectured and preached in schools and motivational seminars across the country. I recently picked up my third copy of these key ideas in a 1960s book by Napoleon Hill for only $5.99. “Whatever the mind of man (or in our case Nurse) can CONCEIVE and BELIEVE, it can ACHIEVE” is a quote that has been used in seminars and lectures, business classes and the like all across the country for 40 years now. I just thought you all might like the meat and potatoes behind the quote. For some light reading on being successful, pick up a copy of  “Think, and Grow Rich.” This book contains all the key principles you need to know to be successful and you will definitely be the better for it. That's just my fifty cents worth. In my case, no matter how busy I am, I never forget to pick up a good book and read!

It looks like the 2007 Indulge Conference is going to be like no other. The goal in this conference is to get the audience involved rather than lecture to you. This way, the conference will be a more enjoyable and interactive experience. 2007 Indulge Conference:

During the Christmas and New Year holidays, RN MARKET will have limited hours. Not only do we deserve a few days off because of all the hard work we do, but we will also be updating many of our systems and will not be able to access our files at times. The RN MARKET office will be closed between the dates of December 16 and January 8. Recently, we have made several new additions to our team. We wanted to take this opportunity to introduce everyone.

	Eduardo Questell Eduardo has actually been with us for several months but we never got the chance to introduce him. Eduardo is a Graphic Designer and Webmaster from Puerto Rico. Before pursuing a career in design, he served in the Army. After his time in the Army, he worked as a Graphic Designer in Puerto Rico and came to Tampa in search of greater opportunities in design. Now he is stuck with us. His years of education and experience in design and military experience make him a great addition to our design team.
	Kevin Haynes Kevin found his way to RN MARKET through is wife who was taking the LNC Stat course. At the time of the course, we were looking for someone to do our accounting in-house for us. Kevin has years of administrative and accounting experience from running his own businesses. He has set up several businesses and currently runs his racing business. 	Doyle Rolle Our design department has been pretty overwhelmed lately. No problem. Doyle to the rescue. We hired Doyle because of his education and great experience. Doyle is from Nassau in the Bahamas. He came to Tampa for better education and work opportunities. Since Doyle's entry in our team, the graphic department productivity has increased dramatically.

This last year has been a great success for RN Market and our LNC Stat Course. Our LNC Stat course had its one year anniversary, we have enjoyed an amazing success rate from the people who took the LNC Stat course and used the Ultimate Marketing Package, and the Certified Legal Nurse Investigator (CLNI) course was launched.
